Kale (Grühkohl) season begins here in Germany with the first frost and runs through the early Spring. Join fellow expats on 1st of March at 4pm for Kohlfahrt. This is a unique and traditional North German winter activity where friends, colleagues or community members gather for a walk in the brisk winter air, followed by a hearty meal centred around the beloved local dish – Grünkohl (kale).
